Yoga & Pilates

We now offer face to face Yoga and Pilates classes in Bramhall - all provided by Leah, a fully qualified, experienced and insured Yoga and Pilates instructor.

 

YOGA

Unwind and restore with calming traditional yoga classes. Designed to gently stretch, strengthen, and soothe the body, these sessions blends classical postures, breathwork, and mindful movement to help you release the day and find balance.

Perfect for all levels, these classes support flexibility, mobility, and relaxation while deepening your connection between body and mind. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your mat, you'll leave feeling grounded, restored, and ready for whatever the day or night has in store for you.

 

PILATES

Build strength, improve posture, and move with ease in these energising yet mindful Pilates classes. Suitable for all levels, we’ll focus on core strength, mobility, and alignment while learning to move with control and precision. Expect a mix of classical Pilates exercises and functional variations to help you feel stronger, longer, and more balanced both on and off the mat.

Rates: £10 per class - spaces are limited

PLEASE BRING A MAT TO THESE SESSIONS.  YOU MAY ALSO BRING YOGA BLOCKS AND A PILATES BALL (IF APPLICABLE).​
