Alex Walker Personal Training is for anyone who wants to get or stay strong. My fitness specialisms are kettlebell training, resistance training, body weight exercise and I am qualified as a women’s menopause strength training provider – my fitness plans will help you to beat that feeling of overwhelm and anxiety and even alleviate many of your physical peri-menopause symptoms.  As a mum of 3, I know how we can often neglect our own needs and will therefore be motivating and inspiring you to get and stay fit.
