Alex Walker Personal Training is for anyone who wants to get or stay strong. My fitness specialisms are kettlebell training, resistance training, body weight exercise and I am qualified as a women’s menopause strength training provider – my fitness plans will help you to beat that feeling of overwhelm and anxiety and even alleviate many of your physical peri-menopause symptoms. I also provide Sport's Massage for ladies who need to loosen up after working hard.
I am now able to provide live virtual and in-person yoga and Pilates, offered by Leah, a fully qualified and insured specialist.
