Online & Hybrid

Online personal training is a flexible, affordable way to achieve your health and fitness goals with the structure and accountability of personal training. There are many people who would benefit from an online personal trainer; those who perhaps don’t have as much time as they would like to do it face to face, those who already have a gym membership but need to be held accountable, those who have the motivation to exercise but want to take out the hassle of thinking about what to do and those who want the expertise of a personal trainer to write a programme that works to their goals.

 

The main reason to go online however, is you can achieve the results you desire for a fraction of the price. The training schedule works around you and your schedule and commitments so you can train at the gym, train at home, train wherever and whenever you like.  What works for you, works! Being online it’s really easy to review and track by me as your coach and by you.

 

You also don’t need to wait to speak to me between sessions so we can quickly get to the bottom of any problem or issue you might be facing. It’s simple, I gather a bit of information about where you are now, what your commitments and schedule look like, what injuries you might have, what equipment you can access then I write you an initial plan which we adapt and progress as you grow.

 

Options and cost:

1) Online monthly personal training is just £95 per calendar month and includes a programme that’s tailored to you with workouts, nutrition, and 24/7 coach contact.  You also have the option to join virtual group workouts and a monthly group accountability and mindset change workshop for long lasting behavioural changes.

2) Add in a monthly face to face personal training session (plus the above) for just £120 per calendar month (choose either one face to face appointment or a coaching call/virtual session).

3) My 12-week strength programme is just £250 and includes a 12-week programme that’s tailored to you with workouts, nutrition, and 24/7 coach contact plus habit tracking, habit building, community chat and support and weekly check ins.​  You also have the option to join virtual group workouts and a monthly group accountability and mindset change workshop for long lasting behavioural changes.

I love the early morning PT sessions I have been having with Alex since Jan 2023. She tailors my sessions to help me work towards my fitness goals, and the sessions have become a non-negotiable part of my week. I even take my weights on holiday with me! Alex is a very motivating and supportive PT. She has an in depth knowledge of fitness and nutrition and will always share and signpost to resources she thinks might be useful.
