Fitness Retreat
Join us for a retreat weekend in the beautiful lake district focused on exercise and wellbeing.
Our retreats are incredibly inclusive and suitable for all fitness levels. We truly believe that part of your restoration for the weekend should not be getting up at the crack of dawn.
Our timetable of activities is optional and you may choose to enjoy all sessions or skip sessions at your leisure.
We cater for all dietary requirements and there is no forced veganism. But of course plenty of vegan food too!
As this retreat is focused heavily on fitness, this retreat will be a sober event. An opportunity to refrain from alcohol and focus on your health, mindset and fitness.
Retreats are held at the idilic Brathay Hall in Ambleside. Brathay Hall is a 360 acre estate overlooking Lake Windermere and is a perfect location to immerse yourself in nature, recharge and reconnect.

A full exercise programme delivered by two certified female personal trainers.
Meditation and healing provided by a Reiki Master Teacher.

How do you book?
Spaces are limited therefore a non refundable deposit of £75 is required to secure your place on the retreat. The balance will be required 7 weeks prior to the event. To book your place complete the contact form below and I will send further information.
