Face to face

I offer 60-minute face to face sessions for strength training, nutritional coaching and free subscription to my health and fitness app where you can track your progress, message me directly, receive additional plans to do in your gym or at home, log your food and more.

Rates: £40 per hour bookable in blocks of six (minimum) or as in blocks of 10 (1 session free added to every block of 10).

There is also the option to pay monthly for your weekly sessions at £195 per calendar month.

FACE TO FACE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS CAN BE CARRIED OUT IN THE GYM OR VIRTUALLY TO SUIT YOU.  PAIRED AND SMALL GROUP (UP TO FOUR) TRAINING ALSO AVAILABLE ON REQUEST (£15 Per additional person).
