Come and join our morning workouts!
Priced between £5 and £19.99 per month (for 48 weeks of workouts each year), these classes are a great way to get fit without having to spend an absolute fortune. Led by me and Leah, these classes involve a range of workouts including, Yoga, Pilates, Kettlebells and Strength. All workouts are suitable for beginners and advanced clients.
Class timetable:
Monday 6am - strength and interval training
Tuesday 7:15am - yoga
Wednesday 6am - kettlebells and conditioning then 7:15am - Pilates
Thursday 7:15am - Pilates (repeated)
Friday 6am - strength training
All classes last for 45 minutes
Rates:
Yoga or Pilates £5 per month
Yoga and Pilates £9.99 per month
Strength classes (Mon/Wed/Fri 6am) £14.99 per month
All classes £19.99 per month. Once you have subscribed you will be sent a link to access the workouts, live via Google Meet.
